Cyberlink Power Director from PCA disk

  cagey 23:02 19 Sep 2007

I have installed cyberlink Power Director from this month's magazine disk. It installed ok, but when I try to run it, it asks for the CD-key. The CD-key that cyberlink provided when I registered online cosists of 16 digits, but the grid to enter the key has 6 boxes each taking 5 digits and when I enter the 16 digit code provided it obviously does not accept it. Can anyone help please

Now that the magazine has been out for a month, has anyone else had this problem?

Only suggestion I have is contact the FE using the link at the top of the post and ask him.

have you contacted cyberlink by email to sort it out?

or you could go to click here pcadvisor faqs
click on the link to register for Cyberlink and get yourself another CD key via an email

I've just done that 5 minutes ago. Email came straight away, my CD key is alphanumeric consists of 6 sets of five letters & numbers = 30
