Custom icons for explorer context menus

Hi All

I've recently added registry entries for 'open with notepad2' and 'open with vlc' context menu items. However I was wondering how I would go about assigning icons to these items, like the winzip context menus.

I used added the following to the regestry to yield the 'open with notepad2' item.

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\Open With Notepad2]

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\Open With Notepad2\command]
@="\"C:\\Software\\Office\\Notepad2\\Notepad2.exe\" \"%1\""

I've tried adding DefaultIcon keys to both of the above keys to no avail.

Also does anybody know of a way to change where the separators in the context menu go. It seems to me that its rather random.

Cheers,
Anubeon.

---UPDATE---

Another related questions; does anybody know how to assign mime type specific context menu items.

I know how to menu items to specific extensions (e.g. AVI, MPG etc) but I'm looking for a quick way of adding a context menu entry to all videa files.

Cheers again,
Anubeon.
