Using XPpro, I have used the compatablity option to install a Win95 programme.It installed o.k. to the best of my knowledge, except for a file name "CTL3D.DLL"Looking on the internet there seems to be many option to "repair" this file for a charge, quite large in some places.If it is a "repair" why cannot I do this myself, any ideas please ?

hi,You can go to this site "fix-all-dll-errors.com"This will solve your dll file problem. as I registered few dll's from this site as it is free...worked in my case.:)
