css and banner ad problem

Hi there

I'm having problems positioning a banner ad from clixgalore using css in dreamweaver. If you click here click here

you can see the page, and if you hover the mouse over cards and about us you will see the banner ad light up. Problem is I want to align the ad to the right of the table, and as you can see it does not appear on the screen properly. I've adjusted the css and I'm able to position it right, but when I upload it to the server it appears in the position you can see it at the top of the page. Also, the fact the ad itself doesn't show up properly has me stumped. Is it the html for the ad that's faulty?

Thanks in advance

Here is the css

That dark grey strip that appears beind the 'about us' block is supposed to be the ad - there's obviously something wrong, though not sure what...

Turns out I didn't upload the right css file - doh! All is good now
