credit/bank details

Can anyone put my mind at rest? Does my computer store my bank or credit card details aftef I have shopped online in an easily accessible place? i have been ripped pff while my PC was away for repair and wonder whether other persons could retrieve any of this information.

Yes it does! to stop it doing it

Tools -internet options- advanced scroll down to security tick the box "Do not save encrypted pages to disk"

Clear your temporary internet files tools -intenet options - temp files -delete files or use crap cleaner Crap Cleaner click here

Everything wil be the same as far as browsing and typing online is concerned.

Just the encrpyted pages those where the padlock apears at the bottom are not saved.

It is always a good idea to clear your tempfiles and browser history con completion especially if anyone else has access to the PC.

Online banking and buying online is not a goodidea from an internet cafe PC or a PC at your workplace.
