Creative.com support page problems

Hi All,

I am having a problem accessing Creative's support pages where you have to go through a procedure to indentify your location but whenever I do I get this message

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

This also happens in Opera. I use Zone alarm (in which creative.com is a trusted site and I connect through a linksys router.

Is there a problem with Creatives site, otherwise how do I access support?

AHH!! followed links for location UK server not Happening, all other locations work so i assume problem is isolated to UK server only

I had yesterday the same problem. I used a different country server (which worked fine) and afterwards was able to use a gain UK server entry.

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
