Creating a thumbnail

How do I create a thumbnail of a web page which I have designed. I would like to display it as a GIF/image on my website.

and resize it. then save it as a .Gif or .Jpeg

If the image is fairly simple with blocks of primary colour, save it as a .Gif and if it has a fair amount of detail use .jpeg

the image in the first place, just take a screen shot...

To do this have the webpage displayed in your browser, which is maximised, and press "Print Screen" on your keyboard. This copies an image of the screen to the windows clipboard.

Then open an image editor and paste the contents of the clipboard as a new image.

Then resize as indicated by FE.

Hope this helps,
