Creating Hyperlinks in emails

Over the next couple of months I'm going to have to send out half dozen emails per day advising the recipients of the address where they can download particular information about a photographic event my camera club is organising. What I want to be able to do is include the words "download here" or suchlike, rather than include the full hyperlink which is about one and a half lines long. Is there a simple way I can do this?

Thanks

Yes, type "download here", highlight it then go to the Insert menu and choose Hyperlink

Lightman, if I read you correctly you want to add the wrds click here and shorten the link from a long one to a very short one?

If so install TinyURL from click here
