i know this has been explained before but i can't find itcan someone please tell me how to create a system restore point.thanks in advance
Start>Programs>Accesories>system Tools>System Restore will give you the option from there.

Also click on Start, then Help & Support, pick a task, system restore

Next time you have a problem, consider clicking on an empty part of the desktop and press F1 key
