CPU usage to show on screen

My PC, in company with many other PC's, does not have display lights to show cpu usage and therefore you cannot be sure that the PC is doing anything. Anyone know of a useful free tool to show on the screen when there is activity and the level of that activity?

Click on Ctrl/Alt/Del and then on the Performance tab!

Thanks for that, I am aware of it, but I had Norton System Doctor continually on the screen with a cpu usage monitor that I have become accustomed to seeing this. I did have a programme in a past life that just put a small box on the screen with PC usage displayed.

Following on from Technotiger. Once you have the Performance tab selected then double click the window at the side which shrinks it down thnn drag the sides and bottom to shrink it down to the mini footprint version.
