about 85-90C or so is the AMD rated maximum i think click here

if 60C is the maximum you get after the computer has been gaming or running an intensive task for a few hours and is stable then i would'nt worry to much, its a bit on the high side but not critical. if this is the temp of the cpu at idle just running windows then i would be concerned and add some case fans as they are cheap and should help reduce temps a bit.

1x case fan at the front (bottom)sucking air in and 1x at the back (top) extracting air out should be all you need.

It is a little on High side

I have an AMD XP 2200+ and that runs at 45c and mobo is 30c

However,Before i was getting temperatures around 55c, so i bought a fan and placed it in the rear of my PC and reversed it so it blew air out of the PC and this cooled the PC
