Counter Spy program. Any good?

Anyone had any experience of Counter Spy by Sunbelt Software? I am just running a scan with the free evaluation program.

Back in the days before Microsoft released it's Beta Antispyware there were two companies who jointly developed what is one of, if not the best antispyware programs on the market. Those companies were GIANT and Sunbelt.

The GIANT version (which I still use) was the one bought by Microsoft .The other was Sunbelt's Counterspy.

It is an excellent program and is the independent equivalent of the Microsoft Beta.If you buy the full version of Counterspy you will have a more fully featured product than Microsofts Beta Antispyware.

When my subscription to GIANT expires I will be switching to Counterspy myself.

Thanks for the reply. I have had a good look at the trial program, and it is dead easy to use and configure. I will run it for the trial period, and will then probably pay for it. It is very cheap.

A first class, easy to configure piece of Anti Malware. Not expensive either
