A month ago, I switched my ISP to Sky and almost immediately had trouble with my password. Using the appropriate button, I attempted to recall the password perhaps a dozen times without success and I cannot log on to Sky.com, nor can I log into my emails because of this. Sky have been completely useless in getting my problem sorted. Nearest I got was a phone message on answerphone whilst I was away for a few days, asking me to ring a number and they would sort it over the phone. On ringing said number, they said someone would ring bank - but no-one did. I desperately need to sort this out. Is there a way of removing the corrupted password, perhaps via the Registry and if so how? Thanks.
