Can any one help me with what seems to be a corrupted dll file. The effect is that I cannot make AOL close down properly After internet connection the CPU usage (shown by system monitor) stays at 90%+ and I start getting low memory messages. repeatedly, and they (AOL) say that Kernel32.dll is the windows mail file and corrupted.
How can I restore or replace it without going through the hassle of a system restore. I had thought of upgrading to XP but my computer:-
