Since running a suspect corrupt data disk on my Toshiba Internal CD/DVD drive, it no longer recognises my data disks (created using Roxio Software) although they can be read on other PCs and the Internal CD Drive can still read commercial disks
Is it possible the CD/DVD Driver no longer recognises the Roxio Format? The Toshiba CD/DVD Drive is Model No. SD2502 1/7/01. Its drivers are: Cdr4_xp, Cdralw2k.sys, cdrom.sys and redbook.sys
I have searched the Toshiba site for replacement drivers without success; is there anywhere else to look or something to try?

does it read other disks though?

Yes, it reads commercial CDs and DVDs but even using the new burning software in June's Issue it cannot read the disk, although the External CD/R drive has no problem

The Drive deteriorated to the stage where it could only read DVDs. Cured by running 'CD-ROM Lens Cleaner' - Maplin Code UX40 £7.99
