WindowsXPHome Sp2.My PC will not operate the Clip Board Copy/Paste function (Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V). I don't remember if I have ever tried to use it previously. Any ideas please.Thanks.
Do the options work in the right-click menu?
Or the toolbar?
That you wish to Copy
Sorry Graham and Jackcoms - do not understand your comments.wee eddie - yes highlighting OK.Thanks all.
Re Graham and Jackcoms' comments. If you highlight and right click on a word, words, pix or whatever and right click, you bring up a menu that includes the means to Copy and Paste. You Copy the highlighted area first, use a left click to insert it wherever you wish, right click again and then Paste. It's the same as Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V.
And to be more specific about my comment.Again highlight the word/words/picture or whatever you want to copy/paste and in Word and Excel there should be Copy and Paste symbols on the tool bar at the top of the screen.
Thanks all 'Right click' works OK so that will do.
