COPYING FROM WORKS 7.0 ADDRESS BOOK

I have posed this before and, so far, have not solved the problem. Please note this has NOTHING to do with the Outlook address book. In the previous version of Works, I could import a single address on to a label because there was that facility in the Insert drop down box - just find the address, click and there it was on the label. I have not found a way of doing this - yet. The best I have managed is to load the entire address book on to a labels doument and then copy the address I need to the document I use for individual addresses. BUT the address book copied by first name, not surname, and even then there are some names out of order. It has been suggested that I set up an ordinary database but with 200+ entries this would be very tedious although it would work. Any ideas?
