I have used different ones but tend to stick now with Pinnacle 9.3.5 as at this moment, as it works OK for me with my setup

Hi, I second woodchip, I too use Pinnacle 9, very easy to use, even for a complete novice. Has some lovely effects.

This is Video Editing Software that will burn the Video within the Program

I don't know if it was me, my PC or my bundled version of Pinnacle, but I never managed to burn a DVD that worked with it!

Nero do something called NeroVision click here which I've found very good.

I've also used TMpeg click here which is very easy to use, but you do have to make sure that the video format you want to use is supported, otherwise you'll have to buy the plug-in too!
