Assuming you have XP And the disk drive is a 'burner' Read the front of the disk or your specification of the computer. Then yes it is easy-peasy.
XP has a 'built in' CD burn routine. To use this simply go the the file where the data is stored and open to a reduced window. Make sure you have a blank CD in the drawer. Make your file selection and drag it to the CD drive icon on the desk top- or look to the left panel on the open window for 'Make a CD from these files' And follow the prompts.
Making a DVD is similar but you will need a third part program to do it -of which there are many- some of which such as NERO - are bloatware in so far that they have lots of adds which make then complicated to use and sometimes unstable. IMHO the best is free- download- click here pro
