How do I copy a DVD film to my hard disk? I tried right-clicking the file, dragging it to my desktop then choosing COPY HERE. The file was copied but when I clicked on it it didn't work.

It would work if you pointed a software dvd player to these files.

Use a DVD Ripper. I will email you one if you want?

Power DVD JUST plays films. Rippers are differrent. DVD shrink is the one I use it its brilliant, and its not a ripper. It transfer because ripping reduces the quality

Thanks everyone. It's only a small file too which is great. I'll get to work straight away. Thanks again.
