Copy & Paste - My brains are going soft.

No problem with the basic task.

I seem to remember that in XP, one can access previous Copies, from the same session, and Paste, say the Copy before the Copy before last, into a document.

I can't remember how to do this

Edit > Office clipboard - an icon should appear in thge notification area. Right click the icon. (That's for Office XP).

Or press CTRL + C twice.

Open the Windows folder in your CD drive.

Make sure 'show files and folders' is ticked in the folder options.

Open the System32 folder.

Look for "Clipbrd.exe" If you don't see it there, look in the System32 folder in C:\WINXP. If you still can't find it, do a system search for it.

Once you have found Clipbrd.exe, Click once to highlight it and drag and drop it onto your Start button. This will install a shortcut to the Clipbook Viewer. Or you could drag and drop it onto your Desktop, whichever is best for you.

should of course be: 'show hidden files and folders'.

Sorry about that.
