copy and paste

  podlod 14:40 31 Dec 2009

Hi, I know how to copy and paste, but if I have shall we say for example 99 documents that I want to copy and paste, is there an easier way to complete them all at once in Office 2003 as oppose to one at a time scrolling through with the mouse?
Thanks for any help.

If you just need a duplicate file - just 'save as' with a new name.

Highlight the first of your 99 documents - then scroll down to Number 99 and holding the shift key highlight that one. All 99 will now be highlighted. Right-click on any of the batch, and copy and paste as usual.

Or edit select all, edit copy.

Or drag and drop. Or CTRL-C copies them to the clipboard. Then go into any new folder and click on a blank space, then CTRL-V to paste all the files.
