How do I copy my Emails to save on another Drive?

Create a folder in the drive you want.
Set you computer to show the email program and the folder you created.
Highlight the files you want to copy and drag to folder.
You can now safely delete the email from your email account.

Two things. prince midas wants to copy the e-mails b) to another drive.

Deleting them from an e-mail account afterwards presumably would defeat his object...:-)

Once the Emails are copied to another folder or location they are treated as any other file and you do not need to keep the originals in the Outlook system.
Try it -- Send your self an Email, coopy it to another location then delete the original.

The query was about copying to save on another drive.

Like me, by the way, most people use Outlook Express, not Outlook, which is geared more towards business use.
