Hi all again
I run cookiewall when i check whats on i notice that all the cookies have brackets on then wording like VISID,TRACKING,LP,SITESERVER, ACID, GUID, and so on, anyone know what it all means.

These are telling you the type of cookie that you have on your machine. Some are tracking cookies which keep an account of your browsing after leaving the originating site. Others are ID cookies to remember you when you next log on to a site.

Nothing to be over concerned about; delete any you don't want.
