Convert USB1 to USB 2

I'm adding a PCI card to provide USB2 ports at the rear of my PC.
How can I convert the two USB1 ports on the front of the PC to USB2. These two ports are connected to headers on the motherboard.

Run a connection from the internal ports on the USB2 PCI card - assuming it has them - should decide before you buy the PCI card if you haven't already.

It's ugly but nobody will be able to see unless you have a transparent case!

Hi, you can buy a usb2 pci card with four external ports and one internal - you could then get a cable (they are available) to connect the internal port to your front ports.

ps - forgot to say that the cable has nornmal usb
plug at one end and an adapter to connect to the header socket cable at the other end.

I have A PCI card USB2 with 4 ext and 1 internal.
The internal is connected to my hub via its cable.

click here sell USB extention leads for 99p each,have these connect to the 4 rear USB2's and bluetac'ed to front of case.
Case is under the desk
