You require the Windows XP CD-ROM to reinstall the Windows components such as Paint

* Click Start, Run and type control appwiz.cpl,,2
(or, use Add/Remove Programs applet, Add/Remove Windows Components)
* Double-click Accessories and Utilities
* Double-click Accessories
* check Paint and click OK, OK.
* Click Next.

Thanks for the link! But, as it stands I can't get into Set Up to adjust any of the set up details because of this .dll error - any idea how I can remedy this?
