I have a small guest house and get enquiries all day. Instead of just deleting them after answering, it would be useful to keep them so that I can email them with offers in the future. Is there a simple way to add the sender's email address to a specific group list (not just into my general contact list). I'd be glad of any help.
Doesn't putting them in a folder keep the whole email? All I want is their address. In my contacts list, I've created a "Guest list" group. But when I right click and select "Add sender to address book", there is no way of telling it to add the address to that "Guest list" group.
