Agree with Graham ®. If you are not with AOL and never will be why do you want to contact their support desk? I am on NTL Broadband but I still have an AOL dialup account. AOL have never caused me any problems and their helpdesk has been very supportive.
As CurlyWhirly points out they may not speak to you if you don't have an account with them. But, and there's always a but, every time I have rung them they have only asked for my Screen Name. So if you know your "someone" screen name you may be OK.
