Connecting back My Book - WD External Hard Drive

  buckland 16:03 07 Dec 2009

Having had a PC problem which has been fixed. I now intend to reconnect my WD External Hard Drive 500GB (My Book). It was disconnected just before PC problems which occurred actually when downloading Norton Internet Security 2010 Upgrade. Problems now sorted but is it O.K. to switch off the PC and then plug in the WD power cable and the firewire to PC and reboot the PC. The Drives, etc., are still loaded and should not have been interfered with at all. Many thanks. Buckland.
