connecting from abroad

Probably a (very) old chestnut. I am on holiday in Orlando, FL and want to connect via BTopenworld pay as you go

2 Questions:

1) Will BT have a local dial up number?

2) If not, can you recommend a global ISP who will have a local dial up number and also will charge pay as you go?

In Sunnyvale FL there's an ISP which may be right up your street. They've got five access numbers in Orlando
