I am trying to configure fax in Windows XP upgrade version (from ME) and I keep getting an error message - The file "fsxcfgnz.dll" on Windows XP Home Edition CD Rom is needed. I have tried typing the file path %Q%i386 as stated on Microsoft web site but with out any success.

Are you installing the Fax Console from Add/Remove Components?

Yes

Try putting the XP disk in your drive and then go to Run>insert file name or, alternatively, Find Files and Folders with the same file name and Browse (drive).
