Conditional formatting in OOo3.0.1

In Calc, I want to get coloured numbers if certain conditions apply. i.e. if F5 is equal to $B$5, I want it to be colour red, but if F5 is less than $B$5 I want it to be colour green. How can I Conditionally Format all cells from C5 to say X 22 to cover that situation? All the fixed numbers are in C5 to C22.

Thanks

Thanks, I'll have a look. I have some conditional formatting done, but it seems to be getting it from a previous Excel system!

Looked at your link, but could not see anywhere that would help me with the formatting. What I have now done is to save the sheet in Excel and then formatted it as I wanted it, then re-opened it in OpenOffice and saved it as an .ods sheet and everything is as I want it.

Makes a bit of a nonsense of OpenOffice though in terms of specific Conditional Formatting if I have to resurrect Excel to get it done!! Unless, of course, someone can tell me differently!

it is pretty straightforward if xp, right click my computer and select properties, click system restore tab then untick disable system restore and retick when scan finished
