Suspect hard drive, overheating or PSU; Check hard-drive - click here
Overheating; Switch off machine, take off the side, see how much dust has accumulated, clean it up - not with a hoover, can of compressed air or soft brush with natural fibres (doesn't generate static)

PSU - disconnect some of your external hardware and see if the machine works more reliably.

Brundle
Thanks for the advice. Hardrive passed diagnostic.
very little dust. - no improvement when Hardware disconected. When in Hardware Wizard Computer rebooted and seized up a number of times - Microsoft report Hardware Error - Ram/System Board/CPU.Refer to Man. I have also lost Google T/Bar and cannot open Int/Options in Tools.I do not know if it is relevant but I have also been getting messages for months re unknown USB Device. When uninstalled it simply re-installs itself. Fvanh

Go into Device Manager to see how many Lans are in it, You should only be using one, any other should be disabled
