I have loaded Windows XP Professional on my other
computer. It appears OK and allows me to load other
programme.
However running say Excel or Word the programme will
started, I can made several entries, such as a coloumn of number, a formular, and it will give the result. After several actions the mouse pointer will freeze and the programme freeze.
It means I can use the mouse two or three times and
then it all freezes.
Can anyone offer any solutions to this problem?

Hi coxman. What is the spec of your computer, especially with regards to hard drive size and spare capacity, and how much RAM is installed?

By the way it's very dangerous to post your email address - it's inviting spammers. Forum members can email you anyway via the envelope alongside you nickname.
