You need a graphics card with 'TV out', and the appropriate lead.

if you want to keep any computer noise you may have away from your tv: pc world sells 2x10m runs of cable (sound card + video card outs)that fit to a scart in a blister pack for about £30. obviously though a longer run of cable is more liable to signal degradation

Go to Asda and buy a Pacific 1002 with scart lead, remote, batteries and 3 year warranty for 49 quid. It's a lot easier and it plays MP3s, CD-R, CD-RW, VCD, XVCD, SVCD, XSVCD, DVD, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, Photo CD. The picture qualiy is much better and its easy to make it region free should you wish it.

No brainer if you ask me.
