Compressing files

I write a newsletter for a charity which contains a number of photographs. i would like to send this out by e-mail but it is too big what can I do?

if using outlook express click:

tools/accounts/your account/properties/advanced

tick the "break apart messages larger than" box

it should split it into smaller chunks before sending and will join up again when the reciever gets their mail.

you could also try a file splitter(both parties will need to install it. click here

An easier way is to get a domain name and upload it as a website. Tell your recipients by email the URL and they can all look at it. Alternatively your ISP will probably provide you with a free website space for private viewing. Talk to them.
