Am I missing something really simple here,I have been advised to use this service, click here by the CAB and am looking at the new client form, at the bottom of the page. Now it says download and complete it and return it to us by post or e-mail for a written reply.
How do I fill this form in and then email it, i have downloaded the form but don't see how I can fill it in without printing it out first. I suppose I could then scan the completed form back to the PC and email it that way.
Again if I seem to be missing something simple here.
