Comp keeps restarting

Hi,
i built a new comp. heres the specs:
pentium D 3.4g dual core
P5VDC-X Asus mobo,
1gb ram,
sata hdd's
and ATI RX1300 Pro PCI-E graphics

I was geting a compatibility eror with the CPU and mobo but that went after i updated the BIOS.

but every time i log on it restarts after 20 mins or it varies.

i didnt recieve an error message.

any ideas

Can you check temperatures? It could be overheating.

Open System Properties via Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > System
[ System Properties may also be opened using the WinKey+Pause key combination ]
Select the Advanced tab and then click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section
In System Failure section, clear the checkbox next to Automatically Restart
Click OK and OK to exit
Now you should be able to see the error message when windows crashes.

Hi it still restarts.
It went on a blue screen this time.
I'll tell u the full story, i replace all the components including mobo, cpu, graphics and psu. but the HDD remain the same with the same OS installed.

since then im haveing this problem.
