Command Line Parameter

  machoe 10:03 31 Aug 2004

I'm using windows xp pro and I have a game that I want to run it using the command line parameter. Now I found a website that to do this it said that:

Use the command line parameter "mostwanted.exe-cheats-funlabs to start the game.

Can somebody please tell me how to do this thing and PLEASE tell me fast. Thankyou all.

Have you checked that the game is able to run on XP? It may be designed to run on a 16bit platform i.e windows 95 / the link.

spanneress yes it is compatible with windwos xp pro. My very big problem is how to do it because sometimes they do not explain to you how to do a thing (stupid). Thanks for responding.

Start, All programs, Accessories, Command prompt. Type it in and hit Enter.

Graham it didn't work.

Are you putting the spaces in?

  machoe 10:48 31 Aug 2004

Yes I'm putting the spaces in in fact I tried them both but still it wouldn't work. All it will display is :

mostwanted.exe -cheats -funlabs is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file.

Sorry, I can only point you to the Command Prompt.

Your best bet would be a gamers forum. Do a google search.
