On a AMD Athlon Barton 3200+ can anyone tell me what does the code (CP-051-AM) mean and what is the differance between (CP-051-AM) and (CP-058-AM) please see page click here

no its not that either ACOLYTE to be honest I dont really think it makes a difference...maybe they are just part numbers...I would check click here for more info...

I know one is retail and one is oem if it is just part number codes then ok but I was just wondering are the cpu's different in any way.

yeah they are different in many ways...they are all made of different cores...Barton, Thoroughbred, etc, like I said go to click here

As you stated one is oem other is retail they are just product code numbers.

As far as I am aware there is no difference in the cpus apart from the obvious 3 year warranty and heat sink and fan with the retail product

Think I was lucky with the Overclockers link as its there own stock code that you are quoting not AMDs.
