CMOS settings wrong

as a follow on from my 'Bat Checksum' probs (sorted by getting a new mother board battery) My computer is complaining:

CMOS Settings Wrong
CMOS Memory Size Wrong.

This happens on the first screen at startup (i'm on win2k)

I havn't been fiddling with the CMOS settings and apart from the new battery havn't installed any new bits of kit or software.

Is there anything I can do to get the CMOS settings right?

thanks

Andrew

After replacing the battery did you restore the BIOS to default settings?
