CLI Application

Sorry for posting another thread....

I recently installed Comodo firewall.I quickly removed it when it caused my PC to freeze.I believe it was due to a program called CLI Application.

I have now re-installed Zone Alarm. When the alert box appears stating CLI Application is requesting access to the web,I click deny.

What is CLI,what does it do.I tried google,to be honest I did not really understand what it all meant. Can you help?.Cheers

PS thank god for this forum and all the PC gurus who use Pc advisor.

Hi, CLI has many meanings, but in your case I would guess it stands for Command Line Interface, should be no harm in allowing it in ZA.

PS - used in many Microsoft applications/programs.
