Hubdean, I did my weekly clear out a little while ago. I ran AdAware and came up clean, I ran SpyBot and came up clean, and just to put my mind at rest I ran Spyware Blaster. 3 baddies were found and despatched. I wasn`t satisfied because I`d been on the `net a lot so I ran CCleaner and that came up with 3112 items. As I upgrading my HDD tomorrow and I have all the necessary discs for a new install I gave CClean it`s head and the `old` computer might as well be doing handstands it`s so fast. Having said that I don`t know if what I did is recommended
