CiceroUIwndFrame Erroe with Outlook and IE

  Kilty 09:23 28 Sep 2009

I keep getting a CiceroUIwndFrame error when trying to open Outlook and IE, I am unable to open either. I have tried deselecting User Interface on Office, as suggested by various sites, but this has made no difference.

Could anybody point me in the right direction to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance for any help given.

Thanks for the link, most of the similar threads suggest to use the disabling of Speech and Handwriting in Office set up, but this makes no difference. Will repairing office using the disc work?

Thanks in advancce for any help given.

Did you read and implement the following...

For IExplorer application error, the error may be due to faulty Add-ons

1. In the Internet Explorer menu, go to "Tools->Manage Add-ons"

2. You will get a list of all the add-ons loaded for Internet Explorer. Add-on software where no publisher is specified could be spyware.

3. Select each add-on and disable it. If any particular add-on is essential, you may keep it enabled and check the problem persists. If there is no problem, you can continue with the add-on, else you may have to remove all add-ons.
