Hi, I have a netgear DG834Gv3 with AOL and tonight I've only just got on as the above message kept displaying. The LCP was successful but it's taken about 15 minutes for CHAP to work. Is this a problem at my end or AOL's end, and either way, how do I resolve it?
Yes I considered talking to AOL but like you say its not ideal ;) so I wondered if there were any other solutions first. Will ask them on live help when next on the other PC, as I don't have the AOL software for live help on my laptop.
