Changing registration details

I have registered several domains in my personal name and would like to now have a couple of them registered in my company's name and address. Can this be done easily through 1&1, who I did the registration with,(if so could you explain how as I couldn't work it out from their FAQs) or must it be done through Nominet, incurring their £30+vat charge?

Many thanks for your help...

and that involves a fee payment - there's no way you can avoid that.

Contact Nominet and ask them to send you the form. Once you receive it you have a limited period within which to return it, complete with the fee.

The only way around paying a Nominet fee, is to change or slightly change the domain name and register it as a new domain to your company.

"Would Nominet also deal with my .com?"

Nominet will deal with all UK registered domains, if that's what you are asking!.
