You will need to edit the registry to make the changes..

First, make sure you back the registry up before you alter anything in case you accidentilly change (or delete) the wrong key

Open up regedit (go to start menu - select run -type in regedit)
Go to file - select export
Make sure that at the bottom that the export range is set to all.

Now select a location and a filename to save your backup under.

To Change owner...
Navigate to the follwoign registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
Now look for the entry entitiled "RegisteredOwner"

Double click this and change it to your new desired name

If needed you can also change the orginasation name by double clicking on the same key but in the right hand window select "RegisteredOrganization"
