Changing laptop set up language

  asw 17:21 21 Feb 2009

I have just bought a laptop as a surprise gift for my Polish girlfriend. I was going to set up the unit for her before handing it over.

On first powering up the unit I realised I would have to select a language. I would have to complete the set up in English (my Polish is virtualy nil).

However, good as my girlfriend's English is, I suspect she may prefer to have Polish as the operating language at times. Can I change the language back after the initial setup or is it locked as Enlish once selected at startup?

Looking for an early answer, as the unit is on charge and ready to set up.

I think that you will need apolish disc with the operating system on it. I am not to sure but think that is the way it works. It is not like a small program where you can set it as a particular language at the start. Sorry I am not much help.
