  charlton200 19:33 13 May 2008

I am in the process of changing isp from tiscali to o2.
Its 5 days away from completion, my question is about my direct debit with tiscali. Does it get cancelled automaticely of do i have to ring them after changeover.

You will have to cancel it via the bank yourself. After you have cancelled it phone tiscali and tell them you have done this, they should send you a final bill

Do it on the day of the change over. Once you have the date, you can write a note to the bank telling them to cancel from that date, this they will do, you must put it in writing. Aine
