I have also experienced a full screen of those error messages after I've clicked "Post response".

Its down to the system timing out and failing to log your response.

However you should check that it has not actually just managed to get through.

The reduction in time allowed for the system to log your response could be to avoid double postings, which happens when there does not appear to be anything happening after "Post response" has been clicked, so people click it again.

with the server software - called ColdFusion (CF) which deals with the databases. It's resulting in the timeout error message being generated. We're working on it, but it's tricky, and it may take a little while.
